Fast vs Thorough mode

Fast mode uses the public Store API (WooCommerce) or /products.json (Shopify) only. Reliable, fast, and complete for most stores.

Thorough mode additionally fetches each product's HTML page to capture fields the API doesn't expose — variant barcodes, tax codes, image alt text, custom meta. Slower but more complete; use it when migrating to a store where these fields matter.

How long does it take?

WooScraper paces requests like a real human browser — typically 400–1200ms between requests with a max of 3 in flight. A 1,000-product catalog usually completes in 6–10 minutes. Image processing happens in parallel on our backend.

What if my catalog is huge?

Catalogs of 10,000+ products work fine. The extension just discovers URLs; the cloud does the heavy work. You can close your browser — the job keeps running and emails you when it's done.

What if a scrape fails?

One purchase covers unlimited retries on the same source URL within your tier's retention window. Click "Retry" from the job page. If a migration is genuinely incomplete or broken, we refund every cent — no questions.
