Terms of service

1. The service

WooScraper (the "Service") is a tool for migrating publicly-visible product catalogs between WooCommerce and Shopify stores. It consists of a browser extension and a hosted backend. By signing up or using the extension you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • copy products, descriptions, images, or reviews you don't have the legal right to reuse;
  • misrepresent the origin or authorship of scraped content;
  • scrape data from a storefront in violation of that storefront's terms of service;
  • scrape personally identifiable information about customers, orders, or store staff;
  • resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service without a written agreement.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the data you choose to migrate. WooScraper extracts only what a normal visitor's browser could load.

3. Pay-per-store pricing

Each migration tier is a one-time charge. A purchase grants you one migration job on one source URL, with unlimited retries on that same source URL within your tier's retention window. No subscription, no auto-renewal.

4. Refunds

See the refund policy. Short version: if a migration is incomplete or broken in a way we can't fix within 7 days, we refund your purchase in full.

5. Service availability

We target high availability via Vercel's edge network but make no formal uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the changelog. We are not liable for downtime of source storefronts or destination stores.

6. Intellectual property

WooScraper, the extension, the backend, the docs, and all original illustrations and marketing copy are © Anyshop. You retain ownership of anything you migrate using the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the changelog and the next time you sign in. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
